Not active user
In some cases it is possible that the new user will be shown in the dashboard an "Inactive User" warning like this:

This happens when a new user joins a company that has subscribed to a subscription plan based on the number of users and the number of users purchased is insufficient. If you see this notice, contact your company manager in charge of Smart Expense and request an integration to the number of authorized users.
While waiting for the administrative situation to be unblocked, it is always possible to start creating new expenses, completing them and saving them. After the user has been enabled, it will become possible to create events and expense reports too.
