Free Plan
Smart Expense is completely free for any company with just one single user, both in the desktop version accessible via browser as well as in the mobile app versions for iOS and Android.
Those who register a new company and are the only user can use Smart Expense to manage an unlimited number of expenses, events and expense reports. Forever !
Small Plan
The small plan is designed for smaller companies that intend to manage a maximum number of 25 users at a cost of € 2.00 for each user or for each expense report (option selectable at each purchase).
Medium Plan
With the medium plan it is possible to manage a maximum number of 150 users at a cost of € 3.00 for each user or for each expense report (option selectable at each purchase).
Large Plan
For companies with over 150 users, customized service plans are available which are agreed from time to time according to needs.
