Both in the Small plan and in the Medium plan it is possible to purchase expense reports packages with the pay-as-you-go method, as to say purchase a certain number of prepaid expense reports at the unit price provided by the plan.

Without prejudice to the maximum number of users allowed by the chosen plan, with the purchase of a package of expense reports all users can manage an unlimited number of expenses and events.

Each expense report that results in the completed status reduces the available credit by 1 unit, until the top-up is finished. Once the credit is exhausted, it will still be possible to access the system and also create new draft expense reports (but they can no longer be saved as "completed" until a new top-up or the switch to the subscription is made).

The minimum number of expense reports that can be purchased under the pay-as-you-go method is 25 for a cost of € 50.00 in the case of the small plan and € 75.00 in the case of the medium plan.
