Without prejudice, also in this case, to the maximum number of users allowed by the chosen plan, it is possible to choose between monthly, quarterly or annual subscription period. The unit price does not change, changing only the number of charges and the number of invoices received. However, a minimum purchase limit is applied in order not to fall below an administrative convenience threshold of € 50.00 for each charge.

In all cases in which business users enabled to use Smart Expense are regular travelers and fill out at least one expense report per month, it is certainly more convenient to opt for a user subscription.
