View expense report
You can access the view of an expense report both through the "edit" button (if the expense report is temporary or draft) and with the "view" button (if the expense report is at least completed). The display of the expense report is graphically represented as follows:

In addition to the header data relating to the company, the reference month, the name of the user and the identification number of the expense report, the current status of the expense report is indicated.
The central part of the expense report contains the list of expenses and events that make it up. If the single expense contains multiple detail lines, each line is represented separately. When a document has been attached, you can open the file by clicking on the "attachment" icon.
If the expense report also contains events, the graphic form looks like this:

In this case the event is represented in a higher level, with all the information that distinguishes it, and the expenses are listed below with the relative levels of detail.
At the bottom of the page, a summary totals all expenses and groups them in two ways: expense group and payment method (for easier reading of the amounts to be reimbursed to the employee).
